I had the opportunity to be a second shooter with Stephanie Schwartz for Jason and Chyanne Stone's wedding. The unending rain prior to the wedding and resulting mud didn't prevent this couple and their family and friends from enjoying the wedding festivities. We donned our rain boots and kept shooting through the heat and the mud. Boy, was it a hot day! This was a great way to "get my feet wet" shooting weddings again. Thank you, Stephanie, for the opportunity!
Being the second shooter was so wonderful for me; I had the freedom to practice with my new Sony A7iii and capture photojournalistic-style portraits without the stress of being the main photographer. I love, love, love my new camera!
